BT continue to create an ever increasing pile of hot steaming shite over my situation.
Drone No.24 (mentioned in my prev entry) succeeded in getting me back to square 1 last Thurs i.e the wrong tel no. on my line which rings but not at my house (she will not be getting anything nice from me now)
OfCom came back to me last Thurs with a reference no. for my complaint and a BT tel no. for 'Referrals Dept' who deal with high level complaints and OfCom referrals.
I got through straightaway to this 'newly created department' (VERY VERY revealing have OfCom been threatening BT again?) and a case manager is dealing with things for us...seemingly all departments are saying it's a matter for 'Faults' to deal with - they're saying it's not...
As Terry put it across yesterday to Neil, our case manager, no engineer has ever been sent out despite our requests, get one to come and stick in what ever contraption they need into the phone socket to confirm the situation!
It's really day to day now.
Explanations and compensation later, right need a working phone line so I can do my job properly (told them don't even care if I they give me a new tel number). Mercifully my sis helped me move things into the back of my dad's off licence which is great but certainly don't want to be there very long.

Both Alan & I finished work early on 2 days so we could wait for an engineer to come out ha ha ha! Nobody appeared apparantly there had been some "confusion" over the flat address... I had been speaking with some Spanish agents via email and telephone. This continued for the whole of September them phoning me missing their call no message etc etc.
We still have no line & as I discovered when I decided to call the "English Speakers" cringe yesterday "they" had actually decided to cancel my line and my order so I was now back to square one.
This has been the worse experience ever... Maybe we will have a phone line in for Christmas hahaha!
