Curteousy of Neil Colk our case manager at BT who has reached the end of a challenging journey dealing with our problems.
Considering he was telling me he was just out of training in the then newly created dept (OfCom kicking BT's arse again?)
No doubt this experience has left him more cynical of the company he works for and what his job actually entails, wading through steaming piles of shite created by his incompetent colleagues.
